Over the years, many interesting works of art have entered the building. In the same vein, many more interesting frames have walked out the door. Below, we have some of the most unique, intriguing, or otherwise wonderful frames that have been made here, alongside a bit of info about these unique projects!

The Godfather
The Godfather Light-up Frame
Some art requires just a bit more to make them something truly special. Sometimes, you just need to light up the world.
With a mix of film cell, and carefully cut matboards; along with the help of some LED lights, and a bit of ingenuity, this frame can glow. This sort of work has only been done a handful of times at Tony’s, another can be seen on the shop’s official Facebook page.
This work shows different slides from the popular movie trilogy: The Godfather. Matted with both black and white mats for contrast, the LED lights (provided by the customer) shine brightly to create an elegant glow. (as seen in the reflection)
American Legion Uniform Cap & Dog Tags
Sometimes, you might not just frame art, but objects too.
At times its important to see both sides of whatever your having framed. For jobs like this, we use what we like to call; a double-sided shadowbox. This allows us to see both sides of your framed objects, while keeping them safe and secure.
This American Legion Uniform Cap is hung between 2 pieces of glass, with the owners dog tags pinned in alongside it. The simplest black frame allows the cap and tags to stand out, without taking away from them too much.

For some, a basic square or rectangular frame just isn’t enough to display their art pieces, or in this case; their collectibles. Sometimes a parallelogram shaped frame is what they desire.
For this situation, lots of time will be spent brainstorming, taking measurements, and planning to make these style frames come to life. They can be create great statement pieces, or otherwise be used to display something important to you in a more unique way.
The unique shape was requested by the customer, after seeing a similar piece come from here. This customer wanted a unique way to display some of their stamp collection. The stamps are spaced to perfection, and put into plastic sleeve for protection.
